Darlene Jones, Chaplain
With the passing of PDP Priscilla Kelsey and member Alicia Larche-Minster, we have lost two truly wonderful and dedicated ladies who gave so much of themselves to our organization.
Priscilla was a caring, devoted member who touched the lives of many through her leadership, friendship, and willingness to mentor others. Her dedication to our organization and the people within it will long be remembered.
Alicia was a friend of mine; I have known her since she was a junior member. Alicia also dedicated many years of service to our organization and served our department with commitment and pride. Her contributions and devotion have left a lasting impression on all who have had the privilege of knowing and working alongside her.
As we mourn the loss of these two remarkable women, our thoughts and prayers are also with all the Units, Districts, and Department members who have lost a loved one. May God bring comfort, strength, and peace to each of you during this difficult time. May their memories live on in our hearts, and may their years of service never be forgotten.

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted; a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; a time to throw away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; a time to seek, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to throw away; a time to tear, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; a time to love, and a time to hate; a time for war, and a time for peace.
