John Quincy Adams once said, “ If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more, and become more, you are a leader.” We have many leaders in our organization, from the member, unit officer, district or county officers, department officers, and national chairs. The main point is that no one needs to hold a title to inspire others. Inspire with your stories, ignite your team to drive forward, show our mission, and involve your family. As John Quincy Adams stated, if YOUR actions inspire others…YOU are a LEADER!
