“To save money on postage, I will allow the following: PUBLIC RELATIONS: for PRESSBOOK ENTRIES- may be brought to the Department Convention and turned in NO LATER THAN 3 pm on Thursday, July 10th. MUST include in the District report that submissions are being brought to the convention.”
