Dear Auxiliary Members: As we welcome the month of April, we also enter an important season of reflection, reporting, and remembrance within our organization. Thank you for all you continue to do in service to our veterans, their families, and our communities. April is the month for annual district reports, and this serves as a gentle reminder to submit your reports to your chair by April 15th. These reports should reflect what your unit accomplished last year, and every program, project, prayer, or act of support matters. It is my sincere hope to receive a complete set of reports from every District President so our spiritual and service accomplishments can be accurately represented at the state level.
I am also gathering prayers for Madam President’s Prayer Book. If your unit or district has something meaningful to contribute, please send it in so it may be included in this special collection. As we prepare for our Memorial Service this June, please ensure that the names of all members who have passed this year are submitted through the online report form, so they are added to the memory garden. Accurate and complete submissions help us ensure every departed member is honored and remembered with dignity in the Memory Garden.
April brings both the promise of spring and the responsibility of remembrance. Thank you for your continued dedication to honoring the past while serving with compassion and purpose. May we move through this month with grace, gratitude, and a spirit of unity.
