Where do I send our updated standing rules? When is Girls State this year? What are the scholarship deadlines? – All of these can be answered by reviewing the program guides related to each program, which are listed on our website at www.michalaux.org under program guides. You can also find the contact information for the specific Program Chairman.
End of Year Reports – Units send them to District Presidents and District chairs (if one exists), District Presidents send them to Department Program Chairs, Department Program Chairs send them to the Department President, and email a copy to info@michalaux.org.

Could you look up a membership number? Could you confirm this list of members are in ALAMIS? – See above.
Will the dues be raised by the Department or the National? – Questions about EIN or non-profit status and how to resolve issues related to the same. Contact your Department Finance chair, Deanna Cortright, at dcndc4ever@yahoo.com.
Could you look up a member’s number and address and provide them to me? – We do not give out our members’ personal information. These questions are delegated to members who have volunteered to assist.
Could you look up the deceased members of my Unit, District, etc., for a certain period of time? – You can contact your Unit or District Chaplain. If they cannot help then you can reach out to the Department Chaplain.
Poppies are available for sale all year round. – The orders are filled and shipped weekly. The order form is on our website at www.michlaux.org. Fill it out completely, attach a check, and send it to the address listed on the form.
Could you send me some pamphlets, membership cards, and transmittals? – The order form for supplies is on our website at www.michalaux.org. Fill out the form, attach a check for the postage, currently $10.00, and send it to the address listed on the same.
I lost my membership card. Can you send me a new one? – Any member can print their own membership card from the National website at www.alaforveterans.org. If you don’t have an account, you must create an account in order to access the member options.
