Parliamentarian

The Parliamentarian should be seen not heard.  She advises everyone and is appointed by the President.  She sits next to the President and keeps the President on track as well as advises her of any errors or violations which could affect the rights of members.

 The Parliamentarian  is:

  • Impartial
  • Knows the Rules
  • Has Varied Roles
  • Has Duties before a Meeting
  • Duties during a Meeting
  • Duties for Conventions
  • Parliamentary Authority
  • Helps Members Learn
  • Develops Knowledge
